Dividend Pursuit

September 2018 Watch list  September is right around the corner and so is the end of summer. Junior will be starting kindergarten this year so a lot to prepare for the upcoming new school year. But there is certainly a new month starting so it is time to ponder on what I may purchase next month as well. There are a few stocks that I wish I bought last month so I may take a look at them as well. I have come to a point in my collection of stocks that I will now focus on adding shares to my current holdings however, Mr. Market can always throw a curve wrench to say the least when you least expected it. To that end I will be looking and others who I added to my watch list but have not pull the trigger as well as what I intent to purchase Now lets look at potential Buy: O, LTC, EPR, MRK, IBM, CAT, KDP and TD. What else I will be looking at and potentially purchase two (2) or three (3) of this  stocks to add to my collection: QCOM, TUB, PEP, KO, CB, BNS, CINF, EIX, CM, PFG, IT

New Buy IV As the month of August is coming to an end it was time to add more capital to collect more stocks to the Dividend Pursuit FIRE Fund. The market is continue to be overprice on allot of stocks I wish to buy. So it was only fitting that I purchase this stock as its at its lowest level in quite few years. Without further ado... here is what I purchase with my fourth (4th) August purchase. August 22, 2018 LB 15 shares @ $32.44 for a total of $486.60 August 24, 2018 LB 5 shares @ $27.52 total $137.60 KMB 2 shares @ $116.60 total $233.20 What not to love about Limited Brands (LB) despite continue profits and beaten the consensus street estimates, the stocks continue to go lower. So what is one to do, if I love it at $32.44, I definitely do at $27.52, so I bought five (5) more shares a few days later. August 2018 Purchase III As we get ready to finish the summer and get back to our daily routine and this year junior will also start kindergarten so our schedule will be a little bit different. However, this is the reason why I invest in dividend paying stocks. In hope that it will fuel my FIRE, and achieve the early retirement, free up more time to spend with the family, engage in other activities and pursuit other interest in our life's. We have a little over two (2) weeks before Junior start Kindergarten, So we been busy doing allot of activities he likes to do, going to the beach and I also have taken time to prepare our finances and invest some of our reserves cash to built our dividend income the rental cash flow should start to go up this month as well. August 2018 Purchase II So we are now in entering the third (3) week of August, the summer is winding down, the weather has been horrible the last 3 days for sure in Boston Area. So what is one to do but, to continue adding and accumulate stocks to hold for long term. They will surely fuel my desire to reach FIRE sooner rather than latter. I also keep on buying utilities as the necessities of electricity, gas and oil are essential for anyone in the planet this days. It is hard to actually do anything now a days without electric companies who supply power to millions of customer in any given geography area. I would really like to add 2 more electric utilities company to my portfolio. 

August Buy & Sell So a new month started and it really has been a busy month, we are in the dog days of summer. There are so many activities we have doing and planning to fully enjoy the summer, before the winter months are here. To start the month, I finally sold all my holding in capital one investing and are now fully investing only in robin hood (RH) platform. July 2018 dividend payout Wow another month has gone by. However, every investor cherishes this time of the month. It gives us time to stop and count our divided payout for the previous month. So last month was another milestone for us we finally finished moving to our new home. There are still boxes laying around to be put away which we hoping to finish before September as Junior will be starting kindergarten this September 2018. It was also a busy month getting our old unit updated and rented. As July came to an end we finally found a new tenant after we did our screening of the family. They signed a one (1) year lease on July 31, 2018, this will free up some capital which will be invested in the units to make Some updates and eventually save for six month emergency account, eventually once this is accomplished will deploy the extra capital into investments. August 2018 Stock Consideration Another month has begin and it is time to plan ahead and see what potential stocks, I could add to my collection. Last month ended with a bang and I add few good names to my collection. I hope to do the same this month. It was a busy month for sure, now will see how my new rental cash flow will contribute to my stock purchases. All the units have been rented after two months in the market and completed the screening of new tenant candidates. The new tenants are moving in today and the check for first and last was deposit into the account yesterday and the security deposit will be deposited by next Monday.  Now it is time to look at potential stocks I have my eye on. However, like the saying goes Mr. Market could always present a different opportunity that open the door for other unseen opportunity. July VI Purchase It has been another extraordinary month for sure. To end it, there is no better way than to add to my collection of dividend paying stocks who will contribute to my early retirement fund sooner rather than later. We all strive for one thing in life.
